    I studied wine with the International Sommelier Guild.  Because of my experience in both food and wine, I can offer my clients wine pairing recommendations to complement the flavor profile of each dish.  Having a dinner with fine wine can be an unrivalled experience which can only be further enriched by sound knowledge.

    I completed my culinary training at the New School of Cooking in Culver City and received my diploma from their Advanced Culinary Arts program.  After my training, I became part of the teaching faculty at the New School of Cooking.  In my years as a Chef Instructor at the school, I taught the kids cooking camp, the adult basic cooking ser

    I completed my culinary training at the New School of Cooking in Culver City and received my diploma from their Advanced Culinary Arts program.  After my training, I became part of the teaching faculty at the New School of Cooking.  In my years as a Chef Instructor at the school, I taught the kids cooking camp, the adult basic cooking series, recreational classes as well as hosted private events.  I maintain my ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association and can provide a certificate of liability insurance upon request.

    I love to share my cooking tips and recipes. I was a writer for The El Segundo Scene, the monthly guide to art, culture, and community in 90245 from November 2018 until July 2022. I am also currently working on my first cookbook.  I am passionate about traveling so that I can experience different foods, wines and cultures around the world
